━━ Why That Green Juice
More than juice. The whole blend.
That Green Juice is a blended whole-food smoothie—not a cold-pressed juice. Sixteen whole-food ingredients are blended together so the fiber-containing pulp remains part of every frozen bottle, with no preservatives and 0g added sugars per the current label.

Blended whole foods versus pressed juice.
Cold-pressed juice generally separates much of the pulp from the liquid. That Green Juice blends its ingredients together so the fiber-containing pulp remains part of the finished bottle. Individual brands and recipes vary—the Nutrition Facts panel and ingredient list are always the clearest comparison.

Category descriptions are general. Individual juice and smoothie brands and recipes vary widely—some include sweetened bases, syrups, concentrated sweeteners or protein ingredients, while others do not. The Nutrition Facts and ingredient list provide the clearest comparison.
The fiber stays.
Because the recipe is blended rather than pressed and filtered, the fiber-containing pulp of the fruits, vegetables, oats and other whole foods stays in the bottle. The current label reports 7g of dietary fiber per 16-ounce serving. That fiber is part of the complete food matrix, and it is one reason the texture and nutritional profile differ from a filtered juice.
Naturally occurring sugar, with 0g added.
21g
Total sugars per bottle—naturally occurring in whole fruit and other whole-food ingredients.
0g
Added sugars. Nothing sweet is added to the recipe—no syrups, honey or concentrated sweeteners.
“0g added sugars” does not mean zero sugar. Under FDA labeling rules, naturally occurring fruit sugars count toward total sugars even when nothing sweet is added. The sweetness in That Green Juice comes from its whole fruit—mango, apple, banana and raw dates—so the label reads 21g total sugars and 0g added sugars. Naturally occurring sugar still counts toward your day, and dietary needs differ from person to person.
Protein and substance from the complete recipe.
One 16-ounce bottle contains 6g of protein, which comes from the combination of the complete recipe—ingredients like oats and spirulina contribute plant protein alongside the fruits and vegetables. Many fruit-and-vegetable juices contain little protein, although amounts vary by recipe and brand.
A more substantial option than juice alone.
Calories provide food energy, and this bottle contains carbohydrate, fiber, fat and protein from its complete ingredient blend—210 calories per 16-ounce serving. The result is a convenient whole-food smoothie designed to be satisfying and easy to keep on hand: a practical option when you need something more substantial than pressed juice. Whether it fits a given meal or moment depends on your individual nutrition needs.
Frozen for freshness—without preservatives.
Bottles are frozen soon after blending. Frozen storage is part of how That Green Juice is distributed and kept ready for customers without adding preservatives. Keep bottles frozen until you are ready to thaw one; after thawing, refrigerate and enjoy within 4–5 days.
How we prepare our produce.
Produce is inspected and cleaned according to our documented food-handling procedures before blending. Every batch is prepared at our own manufacturing center in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Sixteen ingredients working together.
Four fruits. Four vegetables. Four base elements. Four superfoods. The complete serving—not any one ingredient—is the product you drink, and every ingredient has its own page in the Ingredient Library.
