The structure, in plain terms.
License
$5,000 license fee per approved location. Additional locations require additional fees.
Wholesale tiers
Bottle pricing starts at $8.00 wholesale and can progress to $7.00 and $6.00 tiers based on monthly performance metrics set out in your agreement.
Startup kit
Branded tent, table, displays, signage, flyers, Square point-of-sale setup and training.
What each side brings.
That Green Juice provides: a limited brand license, the startup package, product education, marketing support and inventory access.
You provide: local sales effort, required licenses and permits, insurance, cold storage, staffing, operating expenses and adherence to brand standards.
Who may be a good fit.
Self-starters who know their community—farmers-market regulars, retail operators and local entrepreneurs who care about real food and can represent the brand with consistency. This is an independent owner-operator opportunity: not employment, and not passive ownership.

Is this a franchise?

What does the license fee cover?

Can I run more than one location?
Yes, subject to approval—each additional approved location requires an additional license fee.
