Thaw a frozen 16-ounce bottle in the refrigerator until it is drinkable—typically 24–48 hours until slushy. Shake well before enjoying. Do not microwave the bottle.

Many customers enjoy 8–16 ounces as part of their day. Your needs may differ, so choose the serving that works for your diet and routine.

A 16-ounce bottle contains 210 calories, 6 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber. Some customers use it as a convenient meal, but whether it is appropriate as a meal replacement depends on your individual nutrition needs.

That Green Juice is not certified organic as a finished product. Several individual ingredients are certified or sourced organic—including Bob’s Red Mill oats (certified organic and certified gluten-free), maca, matcha, spirulina and baobab. Yes. The blend is made with fruits, vegetables, oats, dates, sea moss, plant-based superfoods and alkaline water, with no animal-derived ingredients listed.

Yes. Matcha contributes approximately 2.9 mg of naturally occurring caffeine per 16-ounce bottle. People who are caffeine-sensitive should keep that small amount in mind.

The blend contains celery, oats and sea moss, and matcha contributes a small amount of caffeine. If you have allergies, avoid grains, have a thyroid condition or follow a medically directed diet, review the label and speak with a qualified healthcare professional.

Because the product contains sea moss, a natural source of iodine, and matcha, a source of caffeine, parents and people who are pregnant or nursing should check with their healthcare professional before adding it to their routine.

The current label lists fiber, potassium, manganese, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and thiamin among its notable nutrients. Always use the bottle’s Nutrition Facts panel as the current source.

Keep it refrigerated after thawing and enjoy it within 4–5 days. Shake well before drinking. For best quality, we do not recommend refreezing a thawed bottle.

The smoothie is frozen soon after blending to preserve freshness and make delivery possible without added preservatives. Keep bottles frozen until you are ready to thaw them.

The current bottle is made from BPA-free, PET-grade recyclable plastic and is designed for single use. Follow your local recycling guidance.

Rinse it and recycle it where PET plastic is accepted. We are also developing a separate premium glass-bottle refill program for preordered local pickup.

All standard bundle sizes ship frozen. Florida orders ship through FedEx Ground and typically arrive the next day, depending on destination, order timing and carrier conditions. Orders outside Florida ship frozen using FedEx 2Day where available. Local delivery is available in eligible Treasure Coast areas. Availability and charges are shown during checkout.
