These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to the That Green Juice text-messaging program for order updates, promotional offers, and blog announcements.

Program Description

When you voluntarily select the optional, unchecked SMS consent box during checkout, you agree to receive recurring transactional text messages from That Green Juice about the order associated with your mobile number. Messages may include order receipt, payment or processing status, customer-care notices, pickup readiness, shipping and delivery updates, delays, cancellations, refunds, failed-order notices, and completion notices.

Customers who separately opt in to That Green Juice marketing texts may receive recurring coupons, promotional offers, product news, and announcements linking to new blog posts. Marketing signup is available through our Square coupon signup page. Enter your mobile number and select Sign up after reviewing the promotional-text disclosure. Consent to order updates alone does not enroll you in marketing texts. We do not send third-party affiliate marketing.

Consent, Frequency, and Charges

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with order activity for transactional messages and with offers and new content for marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

Opt Out and Help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, email thatgreenjuice88@gmail.com, or call 772-222-7110. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from placing an order or receiving essential non-SMS communications.

Privacy

Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to deliver the requested messaging service, operate the store, provide customer support, or comply with law. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery and availability may vary by carrier and device. That Green Juice may modify or discontinue the program as permitted by law.
